As a resident of Moore County since 1994, I have a very good understanding of the Sandhills area. The people who have chosen to buy property here are either full time residents or second homeowners who use it as a retreat from the real world. I can help you find either one.  I spent 8 years as a golf professional working around the Pinehurst area which gives me a thorough understanding of the golf that is available in the area. Golf is king, and I know the golf scene. For those that don't play golf, I can give you the rundown of the other activities that are available. From boating to horses I can help. I changed careers in 2002 and moved into the sales and marketing department at Forest Creek Realty, Inc. which is the development side of Forest Creek Golf Club. This is a high end private golf community that has two golf courses and 750 residential lots. I sold lots, new construction homes and re-sale homes during my tenure there. I joined Weichert Realtors-Larose and Company in September 2010 to handle general brokerage throughout Moore County at all price levels. 

I grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and then attended the University of South Carolina where I graduated with a BS in Management in 1989. My wife works at FirstHealth of the Carolinas and we have two boys ages 5 and 7. We currently live in Seven lakes.
